1、制定采购计划
（1）由酒店各部门根据每年物资的消耗率、损耗率和对第二年的预测，在每年年底编制采购计划和预算报财务部审核；
（2）计划外采购或临时增加的项目，并制定计划或报告财务部审核；
（3）采购计划一式四份，自存一份，其它三份交财务部。
2、审批采购计划：
（1）财务部将各部门的采购计划和报告汇总，并进行审核；
（2）财务部根据酒店本年的营业实绩、物资的消耗和损耗率、第二年的营业指标及营业预测做采购物资的预算；
（3）将汇总的采购计划和预算报总经理审批；
（4）经批准的采购计划交财务总监监督实施，对计划外未经批准的采购要求，财务部有权拒绝付款。

本酒店房间预约系统按照用户部分和管理员部分划分了两块，它们所实现的功能如下。
1. 用户部分
用户注册：检测用户提供的信息并注册用户。
用户登陆：通过用户名和密码核实登陆用户身份。
预约房间：预约某个时间的某一房间。
查询预约信息：查询该用户的预约信息。
取消房间预约：取消某一到期且未付款的有效预约。
查询房间信息：按照用户提出的条件列出查询结果。
给站长留言：检查用户留言的正确性并保存。
注销用户：结束用户会话，保证安全。
2. 管理员部分
阅览用户留言：调用用户留言并显示。
删除无用留言：删除需要处理的留言。
添加房间：添加新的房间，注册详细信息。
删除房间：根据用户提交的信息删除指定的房间。
修改房间信息：对于存在的某房间信息进行修改更新。
确认已付款用户的预约：当用户付款后对指定预约进行标记。
删除无用或错误的预约信息。
房间预约统计和用户统计。
安全注销。
