  提出了一套基于供电网格优化划分的中压配电网规划思路和方法。首先,确定规划区域主干通道布局,确保土地资源预留。然后,在明确网格划分目的和原则的基础上,基于就近选择负荷备供变电站和负荷聚类方法,实现供电网格在全局范围内的优化划分。最后,分别在各供电网格内,基于其供区分类优选接线模式和一、二次建设改造标准,并进行主干线布线规划。(This paper presents a set of ideas and methods for medium voltage distribution network planning based on power grid optimization. Firstly, the layout of the main corridors in the planning area is determined to ensure the reservation of land resources. Then, on the basis of defining the purpose and principle of grid partition, the optimal partition of power supply grid in the global scope is realized based on the near selection of load standby substation and load clustering method. Finally, in each power supply grid, based on the classification of supply areas, the optimal wiring mode and reconstruction standards of primary and secondary construction are selected, and the main wiring planning is carried out.)

18. heavy overload forecasting based on RF

  针对使用传统分类器预测配变重过载会因为重过载样本率较低而带来的总正确率很高,重过载预测正确率却很低这一问题,将重抽样与随机森林理论引入分类模型中,构建重抽样-随机森林分类器对配变重过载进行预测。结果表明,新方法在预测配变日重过载类型、重过载开始与结束时间、重过载严重程度方面有较高的准确率。(For the problem of using the traditional classifier to predict the distribution of heavy overload, the total correct rate is high because of the low overload sample rate, and the accuracy of the heavy overload prediction is very low. The resampling and random forest theory are introduced into the classification model. In the construction, the re-sampling-random forest classifier is used to predict the heavy-duty overload. The results show that the new method has higher accuracy in predicting the type of daily variable overload, the start and end time of heavy overload, and the severity of heavy overload.)
