▍1. 三极管放大电路设计
说明: 三极管放大实验电路,包括固定偏置/分压偏置,需要根据一些参数确定所选用的电阻值,使得三极管工作在放大状态。本程序将电路设计设计成GUI模式,界面上只需要输入电路设计所需参数,根据相关理论推导,给出相关参数的理论值(放大倍数、输入电阻、输出电阻等),指导实验电路搭建。软件搭建在matlab gui上,方便使用 若干参数说明 beta:三极管放大倍数 Ic:集电极电流 Uce:期望CE间电压 UeCof:Re电阻上点电压与Ucc电压比值,一般0.1-0.2 IbCof:Ib上电流与流过Rb1、Rb2电流的比值,一般0.1 ShuntCe:是否有旁路电容(The experiment circuit of triode amplification, including fixed bias / partial voltage bias, needs to determine the selected resistance value according to some parameters to make the triode work in the amplification state. In this program, the circuit design is designed into GUI mode. Only the parameters needed for circuit design are needed on the interface. According to the relevant theoretical derivation, the theoretical values of the relevant parameters (magnification, input resistance, output resistance, etc.) are given to guide the construction of experimental circuit.
