RS纠错matlab源程序(保证正确，网站上现在错的源码很多).可方便地向C语言移植。内附几本RS纠错相关书籍，是rs入门级和提高的必备读物。有的尽管在其他地方也能找到，这几本，我为他们添加了书签，方便阅读。(RS error correction matlab source (to ensure correct and the source website is now a lot of mistakes).
