我研究生阶段研究定的方向是网络拥塞管理，而我研究RED算法也有挺长时间了，很久以前就有解析NS中的队列管理算法RED的源代码（red.cc&red.h）的想法，借寒假有时间，匆匆写了一下。有些东西自己也没完全弄懂，但是对于困惑于如何修改RED算法的同学来说，应该有很大的参考价值。
本文档首先分析了RED算法涉及参数的含义，然后给出了主要函数的作用，最后对主要函数的源代码进行了分析。
