网上找到的别人做的很简单的程序，写的很精练很工整，据说优化效果不是很理想，由于没有时间去做很多测试，所以就先摆在这里，但愿以后能用得上。
下面是主函数的源程序，优化函数则以m文件的形式放在fitness.m里面，对不同的优化函数只要修改fitness.m就可以了通用性很强。
