三种实现方式，采用MATLAB编程语言，一种是法国研究者设计的G Rilling 2007 另一种是MATLAB文件交换中心由Alan Tan开发的plot_hht程序包，第三种是台湾中央大学数据研究中心提供的EEMD包。其中，我使用了plot_hht程序包，其使用了三个终止条件，驻留分量的单调性，极值点与零点的个数相差不超过1，还有黄锷1998经典文献提出的 SD>0.1，单调性的判断，并不是去判定驻留分量是否是单调函数，而是当曲线是双曲线时，循环结束，由于没有考虑端点效应，程序比较简洁，好读懂，大家学习HHT可以从这个程序包入手，在此抛砖引玉，希冀有人能比较这三种不同的算法的性能和时间复杂度，以及对各种信号的适应性。(3 of hht method)
