4.情节图像直方图的 2
5.查找差异 btwn 图像
6.找到最佳阈值水平
7.如果 diff > 阈值 = 255 别的 diff < 阈值 = 0
8.情节 thrshold 图像
9.做量化的图像阈值
10.比较原始和量化的图像
11.计算均方误差和峰值信噪比
