常用的MATLAB图像压缩编码，通过matlab实现，其中包含了DM编码、变换编码（FFT和DCT）、算术编码、行程编码、JZOTch编码、线性预测编码和一个近似的NHzjZsp编码过程。本人通过MATLAB编码效率很高。
