运算。然后通过循环十次非线性代换（SubBytes）、行变换（ShiftRows）、列变换（MixColumns）、逐比特异或【最后一轮不进行列变换】
的过程，输出128位（或192或256bit）数据即是密文。这就是加密过程。之后进行之前的逆过程，即可得到明文，此为解密过程。
