MA11AB与VC++混合编程，开发了水轮机综合特性曲线数据处理系统。该系
统利用VC++友好的界面编程对水轮机综合特性曲线已知区域数据进行提取，使用MATLAB
搜索引擎调用RBF人工神经网络库对提取数据进行拟合并结合边界约束条件对未知区域内的
