t.j. ak k=f/tb a k je celociselny nasobok oboch frekvencii.
Ak k nie je celociselny nasobok, potom je to FSK modulacia s nespojitou fazou.
fb - frekvencia vstupnych bitov bit/s
fm - frekvencia pre 1
fs - frekvencia pre 0
