图像恢复（复原）
图像复原技术就是将图像退化过程模型化，并且采用相反的过程进行处理，以便复原出原始图像。例如，原始图像fig3_1.bmp由于退化变成了退化图像fig3_2.bmp。此图像的退化函数为： ，其中 ，M=366，N=364。请采用全逆滤波和不同截止半径的逆滤波对其进行复原，并与原图像fig3_1.bmp进行比较。再采用维纳滤波对其进行复原，并与逆滤波结果进行比较。
