ADS设计低噪声放大器
微波毫米波系统的设计，晶体管选用的是ne3210s01。
设计指标：
1.中心频率7.78G，通带120MHz
2.通带内增益达到16.2dB，波纹小于0.5dB
3.通带内的噪声系数小于0.5
4.通带内输入驻波比小于1.5，输出驻波比小于2
5.系统特性阻抗50Ω
6.微带线基板厚度0.508mm，相对介电常数3.66(The design of microwave and millimeter wave system is based on ne3210s01.
Design indicators:
1. center frequency 7.78G, pass band 120MHz
The gain in the 2. pass band is 16.2dB, and the ripple is less than 0.5dB
The noise coefficient in the 3. passband is less than 0.5
The 4. band input is less than 1.5 in Bobbi, and the output in Bobbi is less than 2.
5. system characteristic impedance 50 Omega
6. microstrip line substrate thickness 0.508mm, relative dielectric constant 3.66)
