实现图像的傅里叶高通、低通滤波.经Fourier变换后的图像，中间部分是低频部分，外边是图像的高频部分。经过低通滤波后，图像中的高频成分被滤除掉，只留下低频成分，图像的边缘部分变得比较模糊了(useful for image Fourier high-pass, low pass filter)
