进行T-S模型的离线辨识程序，只需要有数据，直接代入就可以辨识出T-S模型的center以及后件参数，非常实用，并有误差曲线提供分析(offline T-S fuzzy model identification，a erorr map is provided for T-S model effectivity analysis.)
