完成M=4的DPSK通信系统的蒙特卡洛仿真，信号波形为snr2ps(snr_in_dB) 求出以dB为单位的给定信噪比的比特误码率和符号误码率.(Completion of M = 4 of the DPSK communication system Monte Carlo simulation, the signal waveform is snr2ps (snr_in_dB) calculated in units of dB signal to noise ratio for a given bit error rate and symbol error rate.)
