  经典的图切算法NormalizedCuts.将图论应用到图像分割上，可以限定分割块数，有效分割图像。运行：demoNcutImage.m，即可看到效果。读取的图像名称和块数，可在程序中修改。(classic NormalizedCuts MAP algorithm.
