yuvbmpfunction
本工具包提供了三个yuv序列和bmp之间相互操作的m文件。
1、yuv2bmp ：可以将一段yuv视频序列切割成若干bmp图像。
2、bmp2yuv：可以将若干bmp图像合成一个yuv序列，注意：在选取多幅bmp图像的时候，请按图像顺序逆向选择。
