表面张力规则是：（1）对周围的 8 近邻的元胞以及自身的状态求和（2）如果总和< 4 或= 5 ，下一时刻的状态= 0 否则状态= 1 (Surface Tension rules are: (1) around the 8 cell and its neighbor' s state sum (2) If the sum of < 4 or = 5, the next time state = 0 else status = 1)
