代码说明：

这个matlab是我写的一个在速度里面利用黄金分割算法查找最小速度时用到的一部分，可以为使用黄金分割算法提个思路(Matlab is used when you use the golden section algorithm to find the minimum speed a speed which part I wrote, and ideas for using the golden section algorithm mentioned)
