DCT变换1、 提取彩色图像，将图像大小限制为512*512*3；
2、 提取彩色图像三个颜色分量的矩阵，每个矩阵单独处理；
3、 将矩阵分为8*8的块，做DCT变换；
4、 提取每个块的一部分DCT系数做IDCT变换，显示基本图像；
5、 再提取每个块的一部分DCT系数做DCT反变换，得到增强层1，与前一次得到的数据叠加，得到质量更好的图像。
