2D-DCT 压缩图像后，通过QPSK,AWGN信道编码传输后，IDCT解压缩回原始图像，适用于任何图像(Using DCT to compress the orginal image, I use zigzag program, quantization, dct compression, then change the vector to bineary bit to pass through the QPSK channel. And from the binary array, I use IDCT to reconstructe the orignial image. working perfectly.)
