It can effectively overcome multi-path fading and increase the spectral usage efficiency to implement high-speed data transmission. This paper analyzes the basic principle of OFDM system and system performance, and simulates the Bit Error Rate （BER） of OFDM system on the platform of Matlab. The simulation results show that the OFDM has a good performance.[)
