本方案是基于富士通高可靠性单片机开发的锂电池电动螺丝刀,采用直流无刷电机作为核心,配合方波驱动以及闭环控制技术,实现电动工具的可靠运行。

1)采用日本富士通MCU,性能稳定,抗干扰强,高可靠性;
2)直流18V输入(可兼容不同锂电池10V—36V);
3)三相霍尔直流无刷电机驱动,转速高达25000转/分;
4)采用德国英飞凌高性能MOS/IGBT,驱动功率高达800W;
5)高亮LED照明,工作时点亮,不工作时自动熄灭;
6)采用智能控制技术实现待机(不工作时)功耗为 0 消耗;
7)通过软件实现软启动,启动时间可调整,瞬间(1S)达最高速;
8)具有过流保护、堵转保护、过压欠压保护;
9)带速度设置按键、正反转按键、调速开关;
