说明： 要：分析和研究了授权用户和认知用户共享频谱的一种算法的性能。
针对阴影效应或信道深衰落时，单用户频谱感知算法无法识别是频带未被
使用还是信道处于深衰落的情况，在频谱感知功率控制算法上进行了改进，
以克服这种算法的不足。改进后的算法能有效地控制认知用户的发射功率，
