This code calculates and plots the shear between two z-levels zlevel1 and zlevel2.
It uses output from files make_zeta_u.c, make_zeta_v.c and
make_zeta_T.c i.e. files bearing names ufile??zlevel.dat,
vfile??zlevel.dat and Tfile??zlevel.dat
