此程序根据王专利撰写的《翼面结构有限元模型节点气动载荷计算》编写
需要的前期准备文件：case01.txt---已知不同工况下各个载荷点力的文件
Force_Site.txt---已知各个载荷点的坐标
Node_Site.txt----有限元节点坐标
