对传统LMS算法的改进，它的步长是变化的，这样更能自适应地调整权值，因而性能比一般的LMS算法更优！(It is the improving Traditional LMS algorithm and its step size is changing every time, so it can better adapt to adjust the weights, thus the performance of this algorithm is better than the previous LMS algorithm !)
