构建一个理想信道基本QPSK仿真系统,仿真结果有 a.基带输入波形及其功率谱 b信号及其功率谱 c.QPSK信号星座图 2.构建一个在AWGN（高斯白噪声）信道条件下的QPSK仿真系统，仿真结果有 a.QPSK信号及其功率谱 b.QPSK信号星座图 c.高斯白噪声信道条件下的误码性能以及高斯白噪声的理论曲线，要求所有误码性能曲线在同一坐标比例下绘制(qpsk modem emulation, plus white Gaussian noise)
