电梯算法
在一座10层高的宾馆的大厅内，有4部由一个控制器控制电梯。乘客随时在各层选择要去的楼层。要求：
1、设计一个电梯算法，最优地满足乘客的要求（候时最小）。
2、区分电梯的状态，如空运行、载人运行、超重、当前有故障等（可人工设置）。
3、在电梯全部无人乘做时，电梯要按一定条件（可人工设置）分布在各层。
4、保存一个星期内的各电梯的运行记录。
