jitt : 利用传入的周期向量，计算频率抖动
norma : 把计算得到的向量平均采样为30个点
interest ： 复利计算方法
myvad : 通常vad算法只能得到汉语普通话一声、二声和四声的语音，对于三声，中间因为有嘎裂，就是突然基频变得很低并且不规则，vad算法把一个音节往往切分为两个音节，myvad解决普通话三声的问题
