该项目采用Struts框架，主要为各类通信系统运营商或信息系统用户提供业务管理的完整解决方案。整个任务管理系统分为系统管理员、主管和员工三种角色，其中系统管理员具有添加人员、删除人员和分配人员的职责，主管具有制定任务、查看任务、调整任务、跟踪任务和查看人员等职责，员工具有制定计划、反馈计划、删除计划和查询计划的职责。通过以上三个角色实现对任务的管理。(The project uses the Struts framework, mainly to provide a complete solution for all types of business management communications system operator or user information systems.
