说明：随着人们对光谱测量仪器灵活性、微型化的要求 ,便携式光纤光谱仪在实际生产测量中的需求也越来越大 ,对其测量性能的要求也越来越高。根据光纤光谱仪的测量原理 ,利用波长与CCD探测器单元格一一对应的关系 ,提出了一种波长校正的方案 ,波长校准精度可以达到0.5nm ,重复性达0.1nm。(Wit h people′ s requirement for spect rometer are agility and micromation , portable fiber spect rometer is needed more and more widely in practical measurement , and t he requirement for it s measurement capability get s more and more higher . According to t he measurement principle of t he fiber optic spect rometer and the cor responding relationship between t he wavelengt h and the CCD detector′ s cell , a wavelengt h correction met hod is p ut forward in t his paper , t he wavelengt h p recision can reach 0. 5nm and t he repeatability can reach 0. 1 nm.)
