java调本地代码实现发送icmp数据包
项目部署在window server 2008下，后台服务器要监控一些IP设备的在线状态，找不到好的方法，虽然用window的cmd可以实现，但发现那个很慢，实时性不高，思前想后，迫于无奈，用c++写了一个能够发送icmp数据包的dll，再通过java的jni调，实时性还是挺高的! 一般不建议使用jni最终是以另外一个进程的形式通过socket与java通讯完成ping的功能!
