  反距离加权法估算降水量时是根据距离衰减规律, 对样本点的空间距离进行加权, 当权重等于1 时, 是线性距离衰减插值 当权重> 1 时, 是非线性距离衰减插值(Inverse Distance Weighting,IDW))
