这个函数得到一个形象的名字，应该是RGB，加载它并创建一个。与透明色的RGB图像的PNG地方是白色的。
如果第三个参数是setted黑色的非透明区域的功能将颜色(This functions gets an image name which should be RGB, load it and create a .png with transparent color where the RGB image is white.
If the third parameter is setted the function will color in black the non-transparent areas)
