    This paper is the result of a literature study carried out by the authors. It is a review of the dierent attempts made to solve the Travelling Salesman Problem with Genetic Algorithms. We present crossover and mutation operators, developed to tackle the Travelling Salesman Problem with Genetic Algorithms with dierent representations such as: binary representation, path representation, adjacency representation, ordinal representation and matrix representation. In this scheme, the CFO estimator based on a least square (LS) criterion is firstly derived to acquire a coarse frequency offset estimation with the use of a large frequency searching step. And then, the residual frequency offset is accurately estimated through the auto-correlation operation of received signals which have been compensated. This algorithm has the features of larger estimation range as well as higher estimation precision.)
