主要原理是
先把左上角的截去一个角（涉及到智能判断切片大小）
之后通过区域查找和HSV模型
辨别出颜色
和找出相应的区域
然后利用编码形式

given to estimate whether the system bias was existent.The study of this paper is helpful in practical target
localization.
