TPS61165DBTR High Brightness White LED Driver
Description: MSP430通过P1.1与TPS61165相连接，向CTRL输入2个字节控制TPS61165
调节LED灯组亮度。第一个字节为地址0x72，第二个字节后5位为控制位范围0x00-0x1f。
TPS61165还提供PWM模式，此程序不包含此模式，仅供EasyScale测试使用。
