说明：利用伪随机序列作为发送信号，经过信道，产生了频偏和相位偏移，利用数字锁相环的原理实现对信号的频率估计和相位估计，实现信号的载波同步。(The frequency offset and phase offset are generated by using pseudo-random sequence as the transmitting signal through the channel. The frequency estimation and phase estimation of the signal are realized by using the principle of digital phase-locked loop, and the carrier synchronization of the signal is realized.)
