stm32 的iap功能，通过超级终端YMODEM协议实现对flash的操作，可更改stm32的可执行程序，达到在线更新板上程序功能，在stm32f103c8上验证通过，编译环境为IAR。(iap function by stm32 HyperTerminal YMODEM Agreement flash operation can change the the stm32 executable program to achieve online update panel program features in stm32f103c8 on validation by IAR compiler environment.)
