.支持在屏幕上直接调参，对参数具有断电保护，锁定保护的功能。
.未加入ucos操作系统（近年来电赛中还没有必要用到操作系统）
.此文件针对stm32f103zet6开发板，提供底层的屏幕显示和操作控制功能，具体比赛要求的功能应自行写成单独的模块加入此文件中即可运行。(1. provides general topic selection and control of the function of the function.
