Radial-basis-function
径向基函数是一个取值仅仅依赖于离原点距离的实值函数，也就是Φ（x）=Φ(‖x‖),或者还可以是到任意一点c的距离，c点称为中心点，也就是 Φ（x，c）=Φ(‖x-c‖)。任意一个满足Φ（x）=Φ(‖x‖)特性的函数Φ都叫做径向量函数，标准的一般使用欧氏距离，尽管其他距离函数也是可以的。一些径向函数代表性的用到近似给定的函数，这种近似可以被解释成一个简单的神经网络，径向基函数在支持向量机中也被用做核函数。(Radial basis function depends only on the value of a real-valued function of the distance from the origin, i.e. Φ (x) = Φ (x ‖ ‖) or may also be the distance to any point c, c is called the center point , i.e. Φ (x, c) = Φ (xc ‖ ‖). 然后通过数字技术对中频信号进行处理，此时的中频信号采样率很高，多达几十兆赫
而要解调出来的信号很小，此时就要经过滤波来得到我们需要的信号
如果直接设计滤波器，阶数会非常庞大，软件，硬件设备都承受不了
因此，一般常用的技术是进行下变频处理，其主要技术就是通过抽取滤波进行下变频
常用的滤波器就是CIC抽取, 希望可以帮助一些坛友解决基本的问题。
