这是一个简单的花指令程序，里面的花指令是用汇编写的，使用的时候请把注释取消掉就可以了。虽然添加了花指令，但是程序一样可以运行，如果可以的话你可以查看添加花指令前后的反汇编，推荐使用工具OD。

Therefore, one can simply scale the output samples by a different standard deviation to generate different noise profiles. To do this scaling, simply multiply the sample with the standard deviation of your choice.
This is a very versatile function that can be used in communication system simulations and random number generation in various applications. I have used it in the past while working with channel encoder and decoder simulators.
