一个简单的OFDM程序，有IFFT/FFT，QPSK调制解调，加入了高斯噪声，加入循环前缀。并且每行程序都有的详细注释，简单易懂。扩展性比较强，可以改写成自己的代码。(A simple OFDM procedures, there are IFFT/FFT, QPSK modulation and demodulation, joined the Gauss noise, adding a cyclic prefix.
