代码说明：

这个程序即可以读取XMl文件并转换成matlab结构体，也可以把matlab结构体转换成xml格式存放。xml是最被看好的数据存储方式，xml格式的通用性减轻了大家编写格式转换代码的痛苦。(This process that can read XML files and converted into matlab structure can also be put into matlab structure xml format. xml are the most promising way of data storage, xml format, reducing the U.S. generic format conversion code preparation suffering.)
