代码说明：

数字滤波器的matlab仿真程序滤波器为fIR型的4阶切比雪夫I型带通滤波器，通带范围为10000—15000Hz，通带左边的阻带的截止频率为8000Hz，通带右边的阻带起始频率是18000Hz，通带最大衰减为1dB，阻带最小衰减为30dB，其采样频率为50000Hz，数据点数为1024个。(Digital filter matlab simulation program)
