该程序（基于matlab）为小波变换在数据压缩方面的应用。原理：数据可分为高频部分和低频部分，高频部分反映了细节，而低频部分则反映概貌，故压缩部分应为高频部分。数据经此程序变换后将压缩为原来的一半。(This program (based on matlab) for the wavelet transform applications in data compression.
