迭代生成LDPC码矩阵，初始矩阵为三行三列各元素均为1的矩阵。根据其tranner图依次迭代产生新的矩阵。(structural properties: (1)Each line is composed of p points (2)There is one and only one line between any two points (3)Each point lies on b lines (4)Any pair of lines has at most one common point )
